Whenever Talem, Sage of Ruin deals damage to a player, that player gets a ruin counter.
{2}, Remove a ruin counter from target player: Destroy target artifact or enchantment that player controls.
{3}, Remove a ruin counter from target player: That player discards a card.
{4}, Remove a ruin counter from target player: Return target non-land permanent that player controls to its owner's hand.
