Temporal Intercession

You take an extra turn after this one. Note the
player whose turn it is, the step or phase that the
turn is in, and each spell and ability on the stack,
in order of bottom to top then end the turn. Skip
the noted step or phase and all steps and phases
before it of the noted player's next turn that isn't
an extra turn. The noted player takes an extra
turn after this one. As that turn begins, put each
noted spell or ability from exile on the stack in
the order they were noted in.
