The Chosen Undead

Eminence — As long as The Chosen Undead is in
the command zone, on the battlefield or in the graveyard, whenever a creature is removed from
the field, a spell is cast, or an activated ability is activated gain a soul. Whenever you could cast an instant you may remove any number of souls
from you in order to increase your souls level by
1 for each soul removed this way.
The Chosen Undead gains abilities based on your
Soul Level as seen on its Soul Level card.
