The County Jail

Whenever an opponent commits a crime, that
player puts an Imprisonment counter on a
creature they control.
Creatures with Imprisonment counters on them
cannot attack or block.
{1}, Remove an Imprisonment counter from a creature you control: The County Jail's
controller creates a Treasure token. Only your opponents may activate this ability.
