The Empire Ascendancy

When The Empire Ascendancy enters the battlefield, you become the monarch.
When you become the monarch choose The
Future or The Past. As long as you are the
monarch, If you chose The future, reveal the top
card of your library. You may play the top card
of your library. If you chose The past you may
play a card of each type from your graveyard per
turn.
