Trinket Merchant

Whenever you return a nonland permanent card
from the battlefield to your hand, you may search
your library for an artifact card with lesser mana
value, reveal it and exile it under Trinket
Merchant. Shuffle afterwards.
When Trinket Merchant leaves the battlefield,
put up to one card exiled under it in your hand
and the rest on top of your library, in any order.
