Whenever you cast your first spell each turn, you may name a card. If you do, another target player may search their library for a card with that name, put that card into their hand, then shuffle their library. Each player who didn't search their library this way draws a card. (Each player draws a card if you chose not to name a card.)
Spells you cast with converted mana cost 4 or more have assist.
