Underdog

Whenever a creature opponent controls
dies, if it had any number of +1/+1 counters, put a +1/+1 counter on
Underdog. The same is true for first strike, double strike, flying, hexproof and lifelink.
If a creature that died had any auras or equipment attached to it, you may attach those to Underdog without paying any cost.
