If an effect or a spell you control would create
Rat creatures tokens, it create that many plus one.
Sacrifice a Rat creature : Regenerate Verminarch.
The Verminarchs are the Rat-Ogre charged to raise the swarm of vermin who compose the vanguard of the Skaven's army. They are master in term of raising rodent beast more even in commanding this swarm.
