Vines of Seize

Whenever an opponent casts a noncreature spell, choose one -
-Destroy target artifact or enchantment.
-Reveal the top three cards of your library. Put
any number of creature cards from among them and put those cards into your hand. Put the rest
on the bottom of your library in random order.
