Vizier of the Black Sun

Vizier of the Black Sun's power is equal to your devotion to black and toughness is equal to your devotion to white.
When Vizier of the Black Sun enters the battlefield target creature gets a Sun counter and target creature gets a Moon counter. At the beginning of a player's upkeep if they control a creature with a Sun counter they may exchange control of it with a creature with a Moon counter.
