Wheel of Calamity

At the beginning of each players upkeep, that
player reveals the top card of their library and triggers one of the given abilities.
Creature/Planeswalker- Wheel of Calamity does 3
damage to that player.
Instant/Sorcery- Wheel of Calamity deals 1 damage
to each creature that player controls.
Artifact/Enchantment- That player sacrifices a
creature they control.
Land- That player discards a card.
